The Experience Whilst the stars are still shining over St. Moritz, we set off into the darkness on our e-mountain bikes. As we cycle through the tranquil Engadin mountains, a new day slowly begins. We deliberately choose e-mountain bikes so that the whole group can ride together – regardless of fitness level or cycling ability – and arrive at the mountain hut at the same time. There, an extraordinary brunch awaits us in a rustic Engadin alpine hut. Not a staged luxury breakfast, but something far more special: fresh produce straight from the alp, freshly milked milk and butter, perhaps skimmed by the alpine herder just 30 minutes ago.
